You're an entrepreneur in control of a transport company, and you compete against rival companies to make as much profit as possible by transporting passengers and various goods by road, rail, sea and air.
We will work on the Transport Tycoon Kata and try to solve it with different methods. The kata will have up to three different levels and we will work through them step by step.
Should we do some coding and explore the problem on the fly?
Should we try to model it upfront on a whiteboard or with Pen&Paper?
Should we do an Event Storming to understand the problem?
The work will be done in pairs or small groups and it's completely open to them how to tackle the problem. At the end there will be some time for sharing your approach and discussing your experience with people from other groups.
Depending on you pair and the approach a laptop with a programming environment is needed. Or a pen could suffice!
Some understanding of DDD is helpful but not a must - just be curious :-)
